If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason. This applies to monthly plans and to one-off credit packs.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or email us at support@ptr.services and we will arrange it with Paddle on your behalf.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access and any remaining credits until the end of the paid period. Credits already granted in the current period are not deducted on cancellation.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right of withdrawal or consumer right you may have under the law of your country. Paddle's refund policy also applies to all orders.
